Satisfactory for the price. The beds were very comfortable. The room was a bit small but clean. The location is great.

This is a good place and located well for a lot of things. The breakfast service area was very small and could not accommodate many people. Pool was cold and not heated. No towels to use in pool area.

Great place to stay at.

The experience was far from stellar. When we arrived my daughter was going to take a shower only to discover there was no hot water. The desk clerk was friendly and was going to switch us to another room. We repacked and getting ready to move when we were informed the manager (who was not on site) said we had to stay put and wait for the water to recycle? We waited for over an hour and we gave up and went to bed. The next morning we had hot water, but at the continental breakfast we were greeted by a swarm of teenagers who quickly consumed all the food and the put fruit and other goods in their pockets. The sheets were not of good smell. I am certain they did not change the comforter on the bed. It had bad smell.

I asked for an upgrade at check-in but they would not accommodate me because I booked through a third party. Also upon entering the room, I found the bathroom to be quite dirty, with whiskers on the sink, hair in the bathtub and splash marks on the mirror. ...read more
